Three-time surfing world champion Andy Irons has died on his way back home from an ASP surfing event in Puerto Rico.
The Association of Surfing Professionals confirmed the 32-year-old's death.
"He had reportedly been battling with dengue fever, a viral disease," the ASP said in a statement. Andy was a legend and respected for his surfing throughout the world
